SHOULD I SELL TO AN INVESTOR?

That ultimately is going to be determined by the goal of the Estate.  The vast majority of investors will offer approximately 50-70% of market value in exchange for a quick cash offer.  
Our advice is to list the property on the open market for 30 days before accepting any offers as you can typically sell the home for substantially more.  You can always decide to sell the home to investor should a traditional sale not be advantageous.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH ALL THE BELONGINGS STILL IN THE HOME?

We will assist you with this from start to finish.  Our network of specialists can go through the home with you and help determine which items you would like keep vs. donate or trash vs. sell via an auction house or estate sale.

WHAT IF WE ALREADY HAVE A REALTOR OR AN ATTORNEY REFERS US ONE?

It is in the best interest of the Estate to get a second opinion to compare our aggressive marketing approach that could possible net you and the estate more money.  If nothing else it will ensure that you have done your due diligence as the executor to properly care of the estate.  There is no charge or obligation to meet with us.

 WHAT IF THE HOME NEEDS WORK BEFORE IT CAN BE SOLD?

There are few options at your disposal.  During our walkthrough we help determine what items should be done to maximize your return on investment.  We work with many tradesman that can offer quotes on the needed services.  You can also sell the home in “as-is” condition, however this usually results in a discounted sales price.
